Market Intelligence

TURN PUBLIC NEWS INTO BUYING SIGNALS AND QUALIFIED LEADS.

Market Intelligence continuously ingests RSS and news feeds from across the internet, extracts signals such as funding rounds, leadership changes, expansions, product launches and vendor switches, then correlates those signals with the leads, customers and partners already in your Channelo workspace. Signals that match an existing record surface as opportunities on that record. Signals that match nobody surface as new leads with the buying trigger attached.

Channelo Market Intelligence collects data from RSS feeds across the internet, converts it into buying signals and sales opportunities, correlates each signal with your existing leads, customers and partners, and surfaces net-new leads that are already showing intent.

MARKET NEWS NEVER REACHES THE PEOPLE SELLING

Funding announcements, new office openings, compliance mandates and competitor churn are all public. The problem is routing. By the time a rep or a partner manager reads about it, the deal is already in someone else's pipeline. Manual news monitoring collapses the moment your account list grows past what one person can skim over coffee.

    • Signals live in newsletters and browser tabs instead of on the account record
    • Nobody knows whether a trigger event maps to an existing lead, a customer or a partner-owned account
    • Reps chase cold lists while accounts with visible intent go untouched
    • Partners hear about the same news later than the vendor, or never at all

FEEDS IN, SIGNALS OUT, MATCHED TO YOUR PIPELINE

Point Market Intelligence at the RSS and news sources that matter for your category. Channelo ingests them on a schedule, classifies each item, scores it as a signal, and then reconciles it against your CRM objects so the intelligence lands where the work happens.

    • Overview: one feed of everything the system picked up in your market this week
    • My Intelligence: sources, keywords, regions and competitor watchlists scoped to your program
    • Signals: classified trigger events such as funding, hiring, expansion, M&A, regulation and tech adoption
    • Opportunities: signals scored and converted into actionable plays with a recommended next step
    • Competitors: track competitor announcements, wins and displacement openings
    • Articles: the underlying source item, always linked, so a rep can verify before reaching out
    • Correlation: every signal is matched to existing Leads, Contacts, Customers, Deals and Partners, or created as a net-new lead with the trigger attached

    WHO USES MARKET INTELLIGENCE

Any team that has to decide which account to call next, and would rather decide on evidence than on alphabetical order.

    • Sales teams prioritising outreach around a real, dated trigger event
    • Partner managers routing signal-backed accounts to the partner best placed to win them
    • Founders running a first pipeline without a dedicated research function
    • Marketing teams timing Campaigns to the moment a market event lands
    • Channel leaders monitoring competitor movement across their territory
    FAQ

    QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

What is Market Intelligence in Channelo?

Market Intelligence is a module that ingests RSS and news feeds from across the internet, turns the content into classified buying signals and sales opportunities, correlates them with your existing leads, customers and partners, and surfaces new leads that are already showing intent.

Where does the data come from?

From public RSS and news feeds. You choose the sources, keywords, industries, regions and competitors to monitor, and Channelo ingests those feeds on a recurring schedule.

How does it connect to my existing leads?

Each signal is matched against the records in your workspace using company identity matching. When a signal maps to an existing Lead, Contact, Customer, Deal or Partner, it appears on that record. When it maps to nobody, Channelo creates a new lead carrying the signal as context.

What counts as a buying signal?

Trigger events such as funding rounds, executive hires, office or market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, product launches, regulatory changes, security incidents and publicly announced technology switches.

What is the difference between a Signal and an Opportunity?

A Signal is a classified event detected in a feed. An Opportunity is a scored signal that has been matched to an account and comes with a recommended next step for sales or the partner who owns it.

    Can partners see the intelligence?

You control it. Signals can stay internal, or be shared with the partner who owns the account so the partner acts on the same trigger event you do.

Do I need a separate sales intelligence tool?

No. Market Intelligence sits inside the same workspace as your CRM objects, deal registration and partner records, so signals become pipeline without an export step.

    Which plan includes Market Intelligence?

Market Intelligence is available on the Growth plan and above. See the pricing page for the full plan comparison.
